A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On December 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the theft, business obstruction, intrusion upon residence, and property damage at the Daegu High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the port prison on August 24, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Damage to property;

A. On July 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:20 on the road site owned by the victim D, the road site owned by the door-to-land in the Si of Seodaemun-si around 19:20 on July 28, 2017, the Defendant destroyed the property owned by the victim by preparing in advance the 30gs of the victim D, knish 2gs, nives of the nives of the first half, 1gs of the first half, 1gs of the first half, 1gs of the first half, 1gs of the first half, and 36gs of the first half.

On September 1, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant destroyed and damaged 4g of pine trees in the market price, which is the victim F, by setting up in advance the saw.

2. Around July 25, 2017, around 17:00, the Defendant threatened the victim with “to die” on the ground that the victim refused his/her request to increase the dry field.

3. Special intimidation.

A. On August 1, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant threatened the victim with the improvement of dangerous articles, on the ground that clothes from the victim H’s house fell into the dry field due to the wind, and thereby the Defendant’s search for the victim’s dry field.

B. On August 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, at the house of the Victim F (56 years of age) located E at door-si around 15:00.
