Criminal facts

1. On March 12, 2017, at around 12:05, the Defendant purchased a vehicle with public funds by F, the head of the village fishing village fraternity E in which the Defendant’s interest on the type of the vehicle was the Defendant’s sales in front of C in Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, and the victim D ( South and 58 years old) to village residents.
