The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (limited to eight months of imprisonment, two years of suspended execution, and one hundred and twenty hours of community service) declared by the court below is too unreasonable.

2. The circumstances in which the defendant agreed with the victim C are favorable to the defendant.

However, the crime of fraud against the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. was committed by the defendant who acquired money under the name of the loan by pretending to be C as if he was the victim in the name of the defendant, and the crime of fraud against the victim C was committed by deceiving the victim by false facts during the de facto marriage period with the victim C, deceiving the victim by deceiving him, and gaining considerable profits by using a credit card in a manner that does not pay the cost after the de facto marriage is liquidated, and the crime is not very good, each of the crimes of this case is committed, and there is considerable damage to the victim C by means of not paying the cost. The defendant was punished for the same kind of crime, as well as the circumstances, means and methods of the crime of this case, the circumstances after the crime, the defendant's age, character and behavior, and environment, and other various circumstances that are the conditions of sentencing prescribed in Article 51 of the Criminal Act as shown in the records and arguments of this case, such as the records and arguments of this case.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal by the defendant is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
