Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around July 17, 2013, at a mobile phone sales store where the trade name in Daegu is unknown, the Defendant used a computer located therein for the purpose of having B obtain criminal punishment. “B forged an application for the purchase of a mobile phone in the name of seven persons, including the Defendant, from the Defendant’s bank located in the Defendant’s vehicle located in Yongcheon-si (hereinafter referred to as Yongcheon-si) around December 201, the Defendant: (a) forged an application for the purchase of a mobile phone in the name of seven persons, including the Defendant, from the Defendant’s cell phone located in the Defendant’s vehicle located in Yongcheon-gu (hereinafter referred to as Youngcheon-gu) around December 201; and (b) forged an application for the purchase of a mobile phone in the name of seven persons, including the Defendant, from December 23, 2011 to February 20, 2012; and (c) drafted a penal request for the payment of the opened mobile phone charges by exercising the forged document as above.”

However, in fact, the defendant received a proposal from L, who is the seat of B, that "to give face-to-face face-to-face face-to-face face-to-face face-to-face face-to-face face-to-face face-to-face face-face face-to-face face-face face-to-face face-face face-face face-face face-to-face face-face face-face face-face face

Nevertheless, the defendant submitted a written complaint to the police officer who is not able to know his name at the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station located in Geumcheon-gu, Youngcheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City 105-1.

As a result, the Defendant reported false facts to public offices for the purpose of having them sentenced to criminal punishment B.
