A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim C (V, 14 years old).

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. In July 2012, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim’s bucks down into the victim’s side where the Defendant’s bucks and knicks, putting the victim’s knicks into panty, and inserting the knicks into the part of the victim’s knicks.

B. On September 28, 2012, from around 22:00 to 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as: (a) the Defendant’s Dong-dong D, located in the Gunsan-si, leading the victim to leakage in the victim’s side by hand from the victim’s Dong-dong D’s home; and (b) putting the victim’s bucks into the panty inside; and (c) inserting the victim’

C. At around 23:00 on September 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting in the victim’s side by hand the Defendant’s mother, who is the mother of the Defendant in South Korea, in the victim’s office; (b) inserting bucks into panty, inserting hand into the victim’s drinking part; and (c) inserting hand into the victim’s drinking part.

On August 28, 2014, at around 19:10, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as making it possible for the victim to enjoy in the side by the victim’s office at the above defendant’s office, leaving hand in panty, inserting hand into the victim’s negative part, and inserting fingers into the victim’s negative part.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape in Relatives) committed an assault, such as assaulting the victim on July 2012, when she continuously commits an indecent act on the victim from around August 2014, by taking advantage of the nature of his or her wife, she took a house at his or her seat as he or she goes against the F, which is his or her wife. On the ground that he or she was unable to visit with his or her wife, walking the F’s head head, she was skeing, or drinking or bucking. As described in paragraph (1), the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim from around August 2014.

Accordingly, the victim refuses the demand of the defendant due to the assault of the defendant.
