Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of B rocketing taxi.

Around 05:00 on January 2, 2019, the Defendant driven the above taxi and proceeded to turn to the right from the north door of the D School from the Dot Jeju Jeju Island to the left.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the steering gear and brake system in accordance with the intersection signal and instruction and prevent the accident in advance.
