In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court, which found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds as indicated in its holding, did not exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal and did not err by misapprehending the law of logic and experience or by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the act of a political party, or by infringing the Defendant

In addition, the court below rejected the defendant's application for examination of evidence since it belongs to the court's discretion.

Even if it is illegal, it cannot be said that it is illegal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
