Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a C farm with permission for extension of occupation and use of B river from public viewing around January 201.

1. Any person who intends to conduct reclamation or alteration of the form and quality of land in a park area, other than a park project, shall obtain permission therefor from the park management agency;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the park management agency from April 1, 2012 to the 28th day of the same month, returned a lot of approximately 1,712 square meters in the area of the natural environment district in D, E, and B in a park, and changed the form and quality of land.

2. Any person who intends to fell trees or gather wild plants in a park area, other than a park project, shall obtain permission therefor from the park management authority;

Nevertheless, on December 201, the Defendant cut three gluss in E-park natural environment district at the time of public housing around December 201 without obtaining permission from the park management agency.

3. No one shall perform the act of damaging the shape of a natural park or damaging park facilities in the natural park; and

Nevertheless, on April 1, 2012, the Defendant arbitrarily extracted one of three natural environment district signs in a park established at the Office of the National Park Management Corporation of the Republic of Korea, Myun (U.S.) and install approximately 3-4 meters, and one of the above soil areas was damaged while performing the molding act as described in paragraph (1).
