Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall publish false facts about a candidate to be disadvantageous to the candidate by means of a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communication, poster, propaganda document, or other means, with the intention of prohibiting the election

Nevertheless, on May 8, 2017, from around 14:16 to 15:17, the Defendant continued to post the Defendant’s office located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant’s cell phone access to NAV Internet Nene, and posted at the place “E”, “the tension support”, “new future”, “one sheet of reform”, and “one sheet of reform”, as indicated in the Defendant’s letter in the 19th presidential election” list, and continuously posted the Defendant’s negative comments on the E candidate’s office, which was sent to the 19th presidential election, and then displayed the building air, i.e., Daegu Science Museum, as indicated in the 2 and 5th of the 19th presidential election.

However, there was no string that E candidates or their supporting persons sticked up a man-visle of the Daegu Science Museum building, and the J did not have made a statement that E candidates would be eroding in order to achieve the unification of the nation.

As a result, the Defendant published false facts about E candidates with the aim of preventing candidates from being elected to the 19th President.
