1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) pays KRW 328,042,810 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff and the Defendant, each of the buildings listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “C Dong” and the buildings listed in paragraph 2, “F Dong”.

(C) On January 16, 2017, the Defendant, as the owner of the land, is the 317 square meters away from Cdong 4, 317 square meters (hereinafter “Cdong D”).

3. A lessee shall pay a monthly rent to a lessor on the first day of each month;
