A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2015, at around 04:34, the Defendant: (a) expressed a desire to “I am son, a bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch F, who was called by a drunk, after having received a report that I am bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bit, and the Defendant assaulted E face two times by hand.

The Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

Although the defendant has long been punished by a fine for the same kind of crime, the defendant has been sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment twice by committing violent crimes.
