A is a person who actually operates a real estate consulting company located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and 7th floor for the real estate sale agency business, etc., and uses the G Bank account in the name of Defendant C (H) for the corporate account of the K-A-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U

1. On July 2017, Defendant A and Defendant B (hereinafter “instant farmland”) purchased L(3,289 square meters) and M(684 square meters) farmland (hereinafter “the instant farmland”) in Silung-si, which were sold in installments to the general public. However, with the knowledge of the fact that it is difficult to acquire farmland in the name of the said corporation, Defendant A and Defendant C were issued a qualification certificate for acquisition of farmland in the name of Defendant C as if Defendant C acquired farmland in the instant case for the purpose of actual use for agricultural management, and subsequently, Defendant C was offered to register the instant farmland in the name of Defendant C (hereinafter “instant title trust agreement”).

No person who violates the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name may register any article related to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.

Nevertheless, according to the above conspiracys, the Defendants are at the office located N in Sin-si around July 17, 2017.
