1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from December 23, 2013 to October 28, 2015.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant were in a de facto marital relationship from May 201, 2010 to February 11, 2012 while entering marriage and from that time until March 28, 2012.

B. After a de facto marital relationship with the Plaintiff was extinguished, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s mother C, including the Seoul Family Court 2012Dhap4725, and accordingly, the Plaintiff brought a lawsuit as a counterclaim, such as the damages (de facto marriage reversal), the Seoul Family Court 2012Dhap1068. On January 24, 2013, the above court rendered a judgment that dismissed the Plaintiff’s claim for consolation money and the Defendant’s claim against the Plaintiff, the Defendant’s claim for consolation money, the damages equivalent to the Defendant’s consolation money and the expenses for marriage, and the Defendant’s claim for reimbursement of consolation money and damages for delay against the Plaintiff.

On July 24, 2013, the above appellate court accepted part of the appeal as to the defendant's claim for damages equivalent to the expenses for marriage awareness against the plaintiff and rendered a judgment ordering the plaintiff to pay additional KRW 10,000,000 to the defendant, and the above judgment became final and conclusive thereafter.

C. In addition, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff regarding the return of loans (Seoul Central District Court 2012Kadan90700). On August 22, 2013, the said court rendered a judgment ordering the Plaintiff to pay the Defendant the loan amounting to KRW 90,000,000 and delay damages, and the said judgment became final and conclusive thereafter.
