Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 22, 2017, the Defendant who intruded a structure: (a) ends business hours of his/her own E-car parked in the parking lot in front of the restaurant operated by the victim D, a member city in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Mawon-si, Seoul, and end the business hours in front of the restaurant operated by the victim D.
