On July 23, 2013, around 01:11, the Defendant was assaulted by C(40 years of age) from the victim C(the victim was 40 years of age) at the Hoban Elementary School in Chuncheon-gu 3-dong, Chuncheon-si, and was drinking by more than the victim's face at a time when the victim's face cannot be known.
