Defendants shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 8, 2017, the Defendants received a request from other customers to cause harm to them, by making a lusious conversation among the Defendants, while drinking alcohol together at a restaurant operated by the victim D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 2017.

A. At around April 8, 2017, Defendant B, who heard the horses that would be melting from the injured party in the above restaurant, Defendant B, who was a guest E, etc., made a public insult of the victim by openly obscing the victim, such as “I am hysday, I am hysday, I am hysday, I am hysday, I am hysday, I am hysday, and I am hysday,” and “I am hysday.”

나. 피고인 A 계속하여 피고인 A는 위 가. 항 기재 일시ㆍ장소에서, 피해 자로부터 재차 조용히 해 달라는 부탁을 받자 이에 화가 나 위 E 등이 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “ 뭘 또 조용히 하라는 거야, 이 년 진짜 미친년이 네” 라는 등 큰 소리로 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. The Defendants: (a) conspired with the Defendants who interfered with their duties to engage in a large voice at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph (1) as above; and (b) Defendant B threatened the victims with “scoping and opening the same year”; (c) threatening the victims as she will put them in his/her hands, with the head of the guest E who restrains himself/herself, and with the chest’s chest, and threatened them with “prising”; (d) Defendant A also took the face of the said customer E; and (e) Defendant A also took the face of the said customer E at any time and without any desire for us.
