1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 59,200,000 to the Plaintiff and KRW 1,200,000 per month from November 1, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 26,00,000 to the Defendant on November 5, 2013, and KRW 26,000,000 on April 30, 2014, and KRW 13,20,000 on May 13, 2014, respectively, and the Defendant agreed to pay interest of KRW 1,20,000 on the borrowed money on December 2014, and the fact that the Plaintiff paid interest by October 31, 2016 is either a dispute between the parties or recognized by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of pleadings as stated in the evidence A and 7.

Although the defendant asserts that he paid KRW 10,000,000 out of the above loans of KRW 20,000,000, there is no evidence to acknowledge this.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the sum of KRW 59,200,000 and interest calculated at the rate of KRW 1,200,00 per month from November 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
