1. The Defendants’ share 1/2 of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff on March 25, 1973.
Reasons
1. The father Do (Death on July 11, 2012) of the Plaintiff’s father indicating the claim has occupied each real estate listed in the separate sheet as owned from March 25, 1941 in a peaceful and public performance.
On March 25, 1973, the network D donated the rights to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff seeks implementation of the procedure for ownership transfer registration on March 25, 1973 against the Defendants, the nominal owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet, as indicated in the separate sheet, for the completion of prescriptive acquisition.
