Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a user who runs a design business in Seo-gu B and 2 by using three full-time workers.
When an employer intends to dismiss a worker, he/she shall give the worker an advance notice at least 30 days prior to the dismissal, and if the employer fails to give such advance notice 30 days prior to the dismissal, he/she shall pay the ordinary wages for not less
Nevertheless, the defendant did not pay KRW 2,00,000 equivalent to the 30-day ordinary wage under the notice of dismissal under the above workplace for 30 days on April 7, 2017 without having set the 30-day advance notice period from the above workplace on February 5, 2015, and did not immediately pay KRW 2,00,000 corresponding to the 30-day ordinary wage under the notice of dismissal.
