Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 9, 2015, around 08:20, the Defendant: (a) emitted from the echeon Integrated Terminal platform in Echeon-ro, Leecheon-ro, Leecheon-ro, 1200, one of the three platform platforms; (b) the Defendant D (neep, 42 years of age) turned down his bomer for about two minutes thereafter.

2. The Defendant continued to grow up to five minutes from the date, time, place, 10 platform platforms (if so, 17 years old) to the victim E (the 17 years old).

Accordingly, the Defendant made a patently obscene act at a general terminal, a public place, over a total of twice.
