A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2014, from around 16:00 to around 16:30, the Defendant: (a) at a play place located behind the building and C located in Changwon Masan Member B; (b) on the ground that the victim E (53 years old) who was living together with the Defendant and the past living together together with D would be annoyed; (c) was pushed back to the victim’s upper part by pushing the victim’s upper part; (d) he was booming the victim’s upper part; (e) again, by causing the victim, she puts the victim’s face into the ground; and (e) after leaving the victim’s left part, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim by taking up approximately four weeks of the right side of the pelbbal which requires treatment.
