The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. The defendant asserts that the court below erred in recognizing the defendant's confession pursuant to Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act. However, considering the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the records, the court below is just in finding the defendant's confession, and there is no error in the misapprehension of the legal principles as to the admission.

2. The defendant asserts that the confession does not have binding force on the court as a confession contrary to obvious facts, although the defendant's ground of appeal in this part is ultimately an issue of the selection of evidence and fact-finding, which are the exclusive authority of the court below, and it cannot be viewed as a legitimate ground of appeal.

3. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
