A A The fines of KRW 10 million, the fines of KRW 5 million are imposed on Defendant B, and the fines of KRW 5 million are imposed on Defendant C.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint crime were those who worked as D head from January 2007 to March 2015. Defendant B served from March 2008 to June 2010, and were dead while serving from March 2008 to June 2010, and were in charge of vocational training of persons with disabilities and business of products with severe disabilities while serving from June 2013 to March 2015.
Any person designated as a production facility for products manufactured by persons with severe disabilities shall be prohibited from lending the name of the production facility for products manufactured by persons with severe disabilities.
Defendant
A around January 4, 2012 and around February 2, 2012, around E and F representative G, operated a supply contract with each level of government agency or local government, public corporation, quasi-government agency, and quasi-government agency, and agreed to pay 50% of the profits deposited into the accounts in the name of D after performing the pertinent contract in E and F, by using the name of D designated as production facilities for products manufactured by persons with disabilities, and by using the name of E and F as the supply facilities for persons with disabilities, and by concluding a supply contract with E and F.
Accordingly, around January 31, 2012, C had H enter into a supply contract of 30 copies of A4 form equivalent to the contract amount of 627,000 won in D with its business around January 31, 201, and had H enter into a supply contract of 655 times as shown in attached Table 1 (E). G, around March 14, 2012, had I engage in business using the name of D and enter into a supply contract of 100 won in attached Table 2 (F) again, and Defendant B entered into a supply contract of 27 times in attached Table 22 (2) through 27 out of the list of crimes.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to lend the name of D designated as the production facility for products with severe disabilities to E and F, thereby making the name of the production facility for products with severe disabilities to another person.
