6. 25. Persons who were the head of the secretariat of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Branch of the War Veterans Association;

On May 13, 2014, at around 13:30, the Defendant, at the office of the Korean War Veterans Association, 6.25, the Republic of Korea located in Gwangju metropolitan City on June 13: 13:30, the Defendant used the victim E (the age of 81) to “whether the cost of living assistance paid to the basic recipients and the ordinary people members would have reached only to the basic livelihood recipients from among the C branch members of the Korean War Veterans Association,” and assaulted the victim’s chest on one occasion by both hand.
