A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.
All applications for compensation order shall be dismissed by the applicants for compensation order.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is in the fourth-year course of the Daegu National University in Busan National University.
1. Around June 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “When he/she took out a loan from the lending company as he/she knows about the lending company, he/she shall make an investment in the president of the ASEAN, he/she shall pay in full the principal and interest every month, and in addition, he/she shall be punished by KRW 300,000,000 per month from KRW 30,000 per month.”
However, at the time of fact, the defendant had no intention or ability to repay the borrowed money from the victim because he had been able to use his personal debt if the victim borrowed money from the victim with the loan to the defendant.

However, at the time of fact, the defendant, even if he received money from the victim for the purpose of investment in several hundred million won, was trying to pay the defendant's existing obligation, so he shall pay the victim profits equivalent to twice the amount of investment or pay out the amount of money such as benz.
