1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 8% from February 3, 2015 to February 13, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On February 3, 2015, the Plaintiff lent KRW 200,000 per month interest to the Defendant and KRW 30 million on February 2, 2016.
B. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 30 million and the amount of delay damages at each rate of KRW 8% per annum according to the agreed rate from February 3, 2015 to February 13, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, and KRW 15% per annum pursuant to the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
2. Judgment made in the constructive confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
