A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was passing through a gold string apartment road located in 3/15 of Pyeongtaek-si death, which was driven by B around 2:10 on September 28, 2016; (b) when the Defendant was under the influence of drinking to Police Officer D and Gyeong-si E belonging to Pyeongtaek Police Station, the Defendant said B was under the influence of drinking; (c) said D was under the influence of drinking; and (d) said D was under the influence of drinking; and (d) said D was under the influence of the said car on one occasion, she was under the influence of the two hand, and she was under the influence of drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers who were performing legitimate duties on the control and investigation of crimes, thereby hindering the execution of official duties.
