A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on April 26, 2015;

A. On April 26, 2015, the Defendant, at around 01:25, 2015, posted the victim E (V, 51 years of age) who was in the main line outside of the Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, D 203, and was going through the outside of the front line of the front line to take a dynamic image, and forced him to hold a window and collect the loss incurred from a mobile phone into the front line, thereby harming the peace in the residence of the female.

B. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Ameras, etc.) put a cell phone with the function of a camera in windows and tried to photograph the body of the said victim by inserting the cell phone with the function of a camera as described in the above 1-A at the time and place mentioned in the above 1-A, but the Defendant attempted to detect and sound the victim’s body.

2. The crime committed on May 9, 2015;

A. On May 9, 2015, around 02:10 on May 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet window for a victim G who was in a living room from outside the toilet window f 104, Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, to take a tension (26 years old); (b) forced the Defendant to take a dynamic image, and carried the hand of the mobile phone into the toilet, thereby putting the female’s dwelling peace.

B. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”), the Defendant, at the time and place of the above 2-mentioned paragraph (a) above, intended to put the victim’s body into windows a cell phone with the function of a camera, such as the date and place mentioned in the above 2-2(a), to photograph the victim’s body, but attempted to detect it and sound.

3. The crime committed on May 11, 2015.

A. At around 03:40 on May 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim I (the age 21) who was sitting and melted in a toilet changeer without having been located outside the toilet windows of the Goyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H 102, J. 102; (b) forced the victim I (the age 21) to take a dynamic image, and forced the victim I (the age 21) to take a dynamic image, and carried the hand of the mobile phone, which caused the mobile phone into the toilet, into the toilet, thereby putting them into the peace in the residence of women.
