The punishment of the accused shall be determined by ten months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was appointed as a public official of Grade VII on January 1, 1987 and served in the J-Gun Office of Jeonnam-do and was transferred to and from May 2, 1989, and served in the K-Gun Office on or around May 31, 2013, and completed an education course for promotion of Grade V at the Local Administrative Training Institute of the Safety and Administration from June 10, 2013 to July 19, 2013, and was appointed as a public official of Grade VII and served as the head of the L-Gun Office of Korea from January 6, 2014, and M is the N-N’s wife working as the head of the Gun from July 1, 2010 to the head of the Gun.

1. Around February 2011, the Defendant was trying to promote a public official as an officer, but went away from promotion personnel in 2010, and went away from promotion personnel in the first half-year officer in 2011. 2. Around July 25, 2013, the Defendant, who received cash 20 million won from around 2007, prepared and kept cash for promotion of the officer. Around November 2010, the Defendant is the head of the Tong in the name of a third party under the name of the officer in the name of “V”, which was introduced through a branch in the name of a restaurant operator (second name: X).
