Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, when the victim C (n, 48 years of age) works as an employee, she is waiting for the above restaurant in front of the victim after drinking alcohol together with the company fees until the victim left the restaurant; (b) the victim scam together with the beer; and (c) the victim scam in the vicinity of the victim’s house at around 23:00 on the same day when the victim scams together with the victim.

At around 23:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) the victim was first sent to the house; (b) the victim was sent to the said main point; and (c) the victim was followed to the victim’s house, thereby making it difficult for the victim and the family members of the victim to have avoided any disturbance by sounding that “the victim is able to take all the scars. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. .. .. .. .... ... ...

In front of the victim's home, the defendant set off a victim who intends to go back to the house with "I am able to tell him," and forced him to go back to the road, set off the victim's shoulder to the floor, cut off the victim's shoulder on the body of the victim, forced him to go back by force, forced him, cut off the victim's chest and clothes, forced him to go off the victim's chest, continued to go off the victim's chest, and rape the victim. However, although the victim's family members were unable to come back with the sound coming out of the house and tried to hear the victim's mind, it did not result in the victim's attempted crime, and thereby, the victim suffered about two weeks of treatment, such as damage to the head of the part that requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and strawing, etc.

2. The Defendant, at around 00:30 on June 18, 2013, attempted to rape C on the road in front of the house of C as specified in paragraph (1), was discovered to the family of C, and tried to commit the attempted crime, and thereafter, the Victim F (22 years of age) of the male or female son’s father and the family of C (22 years of age) attempted to flee.
