Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of violation of the Local Education Autonomy Act due to the act of donation among the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the act of donation under

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
