Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2017, around 23:15, the Defendant driven a Boper vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.09% from approximately 200 meters to the front road of Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul 319 Olympic Games from the roads in which the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.09%.
