Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a mother for worship as a D church believers.

On April 2, 2017, the Defendant, around 11:30 and around 3:11, 200, sent approximately 20 people around E-1, E-1, a 1st century, saying, the Defendant was the victim C with a large sound, saying, “Any female body is a sexual indecent act committed against the deceased and the deceased.”

Accordingly, the Defendant insultingd the victim.

We do not accept the above argument.
