A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is to be enlisted in active service.

On August 28, 2014, the Defendant, at the Daegu regional military manpower office located in the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu regional military manpower office on November 18, 2014, failed to enlist in the active duty service even three days after the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds, in spite of receipt of the notice of enlistment in active duty service on November 18, 2014.
