A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated a sexual traffic business establishment in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ctel 413, 1001, and 1003, and employed Thailand nationality D and E as female employees.

1. No one shall photograph images, etc. that express obscene contents, such as sexual intercourse, by deceptive means or by force;

Nevertheless, from November 2014 to December 2012, 2014, the Defendant demanded that D and E, who entered the Republic of Korea to carry out a solar mathm in the first place of business, “it is necessary to take pictures of 60 men and sexual traffic,” and forced D, etc. to take pictures of bals while referring to the defective police in order to refuse to take pictures of bals.

Accordingly, the defendant taken a photograph of D and E's cell phone by force.

2. No one shall arrange sexual traffic in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.;

Nevertheless, around December 15:30 on December 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 1.60,000 won from two male customers; (b) provided them with the said 4.13 and 1001; and (c) provided two female employees, such as E, to arrange for sexual intercourse with male customers; and (d) provided sexual intercourse with other female employees from November 2014 to December 9, 2014.
