A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and a fine of 300,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Chuncheon District Court on September 14, 2007, and sentenced to a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on July 11, 2012, and on November 22, 2012, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon District Court on January 13, 2016.

On June 4, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.207% on blood alcohol content at around 13:35, and the Defendant driven a car of Cspppex at the section of about 5km from the front of the Daejeon Middle-gu Fish Village No. 101-ro 90, Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu to the front of the 656-ro 69km.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol more than twice, was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.

On November 22, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on January 13, 2016 at Daejeon Correctional Institution.

On April 25, 2016, at around 20:20, the Defendant made customers who provided meals available to the restaurant and prevented customers from entering the restaurant by threatening 20 minutes in the F cafeteria operated by the victim E, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, by threatening 20 minutes of “Ye chronia”, “I am aware that I would promptly die,” and “I will immediately die.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

On September 14, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and fine of 300,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Chuncheon District Court on September 14, 2007, at the Suwon District Court on July 11, 2012, to a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on July 22, 2012, and on November 22, 2012, at the Daejeon District Court on Daejeon District on November 13, 2016, the execution of the sentence was completed by the Daejeon Prison on January 13, 2016.
