The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 27, 2013, around 09:40 on July 27, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim E by putting the victim “as much as he/she was able to escape from the crym, symna, symna, symna, and symnas,” among the names of Dong residents, including D, in front of C apartment 101, and D.

B. 나. 피고인은 2013. 7. 27. 15:30경 서울 노원구 C아파트 108동 옆에 있는 F슈퍼 앞 노상에서, G 등 동네주민 수명이 있는 가운데 피해자 E에게 “씨발년, 따 먹은 개보지 가지고, 아까도 개 보지야, 썅년아”라고 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

다. 피고인은 2013. 7. 27. 16:48경 위 F슈퍼 앞 노상에서, D 등 동네주민 수명이 있는 가운데 피해자 E에게 “씨발년, 따 먹은 개보지 가지고, 아까도 개 보지야, 썅년아”라고 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
