A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc.) in the Sungnam Branch of the Suwon District Court on January 10, 2014, and was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for perjury as a crime of perjury in the Sungnam Branch of the Suwon District Court on January 10, 2014, and completed the execution of the final sentence in the Port Prison on April 14, 2018.

2. Criminal acts;

A. On July 11, 2019, around 11:39, the Defendant went to the inside of the office through an open door with an idea of theft of property when he came to the D office managed by the victim C in the fifth floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul building B.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the victim's room managed by him.

B. On July 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the port through open doors from around 11:39 to 11:41; and (b) went back to five million won in cash, which entered the victim C’s cresh that had been posted over the visitors to the meeting room using the crepans without any people; and (c) went back to the meeting room.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
