1. The Defendant connects the Plaintiff with each point of 4, 7, and 8 of the attached Form No. 180 square meters among the 180 square meters in Daegu Seo-gu, Seogu.

Comprehensively taking account of the results of the survey appraisal in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the defendant is obliged to remove the above fence to the plaintiff and deliver eight square meters of land in the above part of the land to the plaintiff, on the ground that the defendant occupies and uses the same appraisal in the order of each point of 4,5, 6, 8, 7, and 4 of the attached Table No. 4, 7, and 8 among the 180 square meters of land owned by the plaintiff among the 180 square meters of land owned by the plaintiff, the defendant is obligated to remove the above fence to the plaintiff and deliver 8 square meters of land in the above part.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
