1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. The following facts are found either to be in dispute between the parties or to be recognized by comprehensively considering the overall purport of the pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence of No. 1 to 9 (including evidence with a serial number):

A. The real estate listed in the separate list No. 1 (hereinafter “real estate”) was owned by M. The registration of ownership transfer under the name of J was completed on April 17, 1986, the receipt of No. 7399 of the Gwangju District Court’s Netcheon Branch Office for the said real estate as of April 17, 1986.

B. 5,275 square meters prior to the division (hereinafter “O land prior to the division”) was owned by the network A (hereinafter “the network”). As to the said real estate, the registration for transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant J was completed on February 23, 2006, No. 3681, which was received on February 21, 2006, as the receipt of No. 3681, which was made on February 21, 2006.

After December 19, 2008, the O land was subdivided into each real estate listed in [Attachment 2 and 3] No. 2 and 3.

The real estate listed in the list No. 4 (hereinafter “real estate”) and the P forest land of 3,929 square meters (hereinafter “P land before division”) was owned by the Deceased. As to each of the above real estate, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Defendant K (Defendant J’s son) for the reason of donation on February 22, 2006, No. 3590, which was received on February 22, 2006 by the Seocheon District Court’s Netcheon Branch Branch Office of the Gwangju District Court, No. 3590. 21, 2006.

Since then, P land was subdivided into each real estate listed in [Attachment 5, 6, and 7] Nos. 5, 6, and 7 on March 28, 2006.

On August 24, 2006, Defendant K completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale on August 23, 2006 by the head of Gwangju District Court's 17769, which was received on the same day from the office of registration of the women's office for the real estate from Defendant L.

E. Meanwhile, after the filing of the instant lawsuit, the Deceased died on April 30, 2015, and accordingly, the Defendant J and the Plaintiff J, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I, who are their children.
