Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative director of the consulting company that performs public relations activities on behalf of the general assembly called “B” corporation.

In order to implement a rearrangement project, a person who intends to be entrusted by the promotion committee or the project implementer with respect to matters related to the affairs concerning the consultation on a rearrangement project, the review of feasibility and the preparation of a plan for implementing the rearrangement project, and the selection of a designer and work executor, or to provide advice in connection therewith, shall register with the Mayor/Do Governor or the Mayor/Do Governor with the standards for

A. around June 4, 2014, F, who is the member of the D Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul on or around June 14, 2014, approved the project implementation plan (not known), design outline and outlined maintenance project cost (not known), revised design service contract, approved a transportation impact assessment additional service contract, demanding a written consent on the selection of a partner and ratification of the conclusion of a contract, etc., which are the agenda items of the general meeting of the association members scheduled to be held on or around June 14, 2014; and was entrusted with a written consent from 1,093 members, without registration; and was entrusted with the rearrangement project by the person executing the said redevelopment project, including matters related to the implementation plan of the rearrangement project, the selection of the designer and contractor;

B. From 182 members, around November 23, 2014, who were members of the D Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul around the 30th day of the same month, such as approving a business implementation plan (n) which is the agenda of the general meeting of members of the association scheduled to hold on the 30th day of the same month, modifying the outline of design and outline of maintenance project costs (neither), and demanding written consent on the selection of various service companies and the conclusion of contracts.
