Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2013, around 22:45, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim D (the 59-year-old) who was parked on the front road C in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, on the ground that the victim tolds the Defendant that “I will prevent her from flachie” at the opening of the house, the victim’s face may be taken several times in drinking, and the victim sustained approximately two weeks of treatment.
