As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 3,500,000 on the same day from the victim, and, from June 2012 to April 25, 2014, acquired the total amount of KRW 32,00,000 through ten times as indicated in the crime list.
2. The Defendant received KRW 236,000,00 in total as the next payment from the victims G in the Northern-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si from October 20, 2012 to October 22, 2012.
The Defendant, while keeping the above KRW 236,00 for the victim, embezzled on October 23, 2012 for consumption as living expenses, etc.
The defendant of "2014 Highest 364" conspireds to acquire money by deceiving multiple operators as if he/she will work together with I as a multilateral employee.
Around 13:00 on May 12, 2014, the Defendant and I made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant and I would work as a multilateral employee when paying the advance payment to the victim” from the “Ldaa” operated by the Victim K in Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun.
However, the Defendant and I did not intend to perform the work at the “Lda” even if they received the advance payment from the victim.
The Defendant and I deceptioned the victim as such, and then acquired 3,00,000,000 won from the victim's account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and 1,600,000 won from the post office account under the name of I to the sum of 4,60,000 won.
