1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd.: 45,121,370 won;
B. Defendant interest country fire, marine insurance.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On October 30, 2013, the Plaintiff, a business of transmitting vehicles on consignment, etc., (hereinafter referred to as “TWS”), is Taesung LS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “TWS”).

(hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”) is an insurer who entered into an automobile insurance contract with the U.S. C (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”) setting the limit of physical damage with respect to the vehicle B (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”) at KRW 200,000,00 with the U.S. UN. C. UN. C., and the Defendant Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”) is an insurer who entered into the automobile insurance contract with the Plaintiff, setting the limit of physical damage compensation with respect to the vehicle D-wing truck (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”).
