1. The Plaintiff, while Defendant B connects each point in the attached Form No. 5, 6, 7, and 5 among the area of 832 square meters in Echeon-si D Forest land.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 14, 1998, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to D forest land of 832 square meters (hereinafter “D land”) based on the consultation division inheritance on March 8, 1998, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on E forest land of 523 square meters (hereinafter “E land”) on December 2, 2015, on December 2, 2015.
B. Defendant B completed the registration of transfer of ownership from H on March 20, 1976 with respect to the F 335 square meters of land adjoining to D and E on April 21, 1976 (hereinafter “F land”). The initial area was 492 square meters of land or 157 square meters of land in the division was transferred to G in January 16, 2004).
C. Defendant B owns a building on the ground of 9m2, which connects each point of 5, 6, 7, and 5 of the annexed drawings among the land in D, and Defendant C, the same household of Defendant B, occupies and uses the above part of the building 9m2 in the aforementioned ship.
Defendant C owns the part (f) of the ship which connects each point of 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, and 2 of the annexed drawings among the land in sequence, and connects each point of 21m2, 23, 24, 25, 26, 26, 28, 29, 13, and 10 of the same drawings to the warehouse (D), 6m2, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 14 of the same drawings, and the part (e) which connects each point of 18, 19, 20, 21, and 18 of the annexed drawings to each point of 2,30m2,23, 24, 26, 29, 29, 29, 27, 276, 37, 27, 27, 27, 27, and 36m2 of the above land.
E. Defendant C owns 6 square meters in the ship (A) part of the attached Form No. 1, 2, 9, and 1 among land E, which connects each point of which is indicated in the attached Form No. 1, 9, 2, 26, 27, 28, and 1, and which connects each point of which is indicated in the same drawing No. 1, 9, 2, 26, 27, 28, and 1 in sequence.
