Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act due to an application for registration of transfer shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the competent authority pursuant to relevant Acts and subordinate statutes;

Nevertheless, on July 2018, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer without justifiable grounds, even though he/she received KRW 8 million from his/her name defector who became aware of the fact that he/she sold heavy cars on the front of the store in Suwon-gu, Busan, and received KRW 8 million from his/her name defector who became aware of such fact.

2. No person who violates an order to suspend operation shall operate a motor vehicle in which the competent authority has issued such order to stop operation;

Nevertheless, at around 14:30 on December 10, 2018, the Defendant operated Done Star Co., Ltd., which was ordered to suspend operation at approximately 180km of the 68 Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to the front road of the 68 Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu.
