A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. From 15:00 on February 18, 2015, the following day from 21:00 on the following day, the Defendant opened a DSS5 car door, which was not corrected by the victim C, at the bottom of the 63-13-13-ray apartment axis located in the Busan Geum-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, and cut off a yellow bag containing KRW 1.90,000,000 in total, including two ladbcing ladcings, two lapings, four lapings, one hundred lapings, and four lapings.

C. From 06:00 on February 27, 2015 to 13:00 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) opened a Hbeon car door at the front parking lot located in the front of the 20-ray apartment front of the 13:00 SKY cellphone; and (b) stolen property worth KRW 801,500,000 in total, including the market price of the 800,000 SY cellphone, and the 1,500,000,000 won in front of the 20-ray apartment room at the city of Geum-gu, Busan.
On February 2, 2015, between 09:00 and 21:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a clock car door, which was not corrected by the injured party J, which was parked on the I Alley-gu, Busan; and (b) stolen a clock pattern of beer with approximately KRW 30,000 in the space on the Block.
E. On March 8, 2015, around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened an OEM car door, which was not corrected by the victim N in the “MG L” parking lot located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government L, and stolen KRW 6,000,000, which was posted on the car audio board.
F. On March 8, 2015, around 12:00, the Defendant opened a passenger car door in the Geum-gu Pwho-gu P, Busan, which was not corrected by the victim Q Q from the victim Q, and stolen the amount of KRW 5,000 (5,000,000) from the lower end of the car audio.
2. The Defendant who attempted to larceny shall be the Busan around 23:5 on March 13, 2015.
