1 As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet for the Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B Religious Organization C Diplomatic Association is Suwon District Court.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 1, 1976, a church with the name “B religious organization E branch” (hereinafter “previous church”) was established on September 1, 1976.

From July 6, 2008, the members of the previous church, F and G, including the representative of the plaintiff who is the teachers of the previous church, decided to change the name of the previous church to F after the removal from the church, the anti-permanent council, and the temporary joint council, and notified the head of the religious organization B of May 29, 2009 of the withdrawal from the religious order.

B. On March 16, 2009, G supported the Plaintiff’s representative F entered into a donation agreement with the Plaintiff on each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer to the Plaintiff on the same day.

In the above gift contract, the "A church" and "F" are written as a witness, and at the joint council meeting of March 8, 2009 held by the plaintiff, G prepared the minutes that G donated the real estate of this case to the plaintiff, and G attended the above council and signed and sealed the minutes.

C. Meanwhile, on April 208, 32 of the members who did not support F in the previous church and opposed to withdrawal from the religious order continued to use the name “H church” from April 2008, and around June 5, 201, 36 of the members, including newly incorporated members, held a joint meeting and resolved with the consent of all the participants to change the name of the church from the previous church to “H church.”

On the other hand, I, J, K, etc. resolved to change the name titleholder indication in the name of the plaintiff to the defendant Chown, through a temporary joint council on September 16, 2012 by the defendant B Religious Organization C (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Chiplomatic Association"), through a provisional joint council on September 16, 2012.

E. I, based on the articles of incorporation, minutes, etc. prepared by a resolution of a temporary joint council dated September 16, 2012, the Suwon District Court is the Suwon District Court with respect to the instant real estate.
