Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and driven a B-do car at a section of about 30 km from the roads near Jeju-do, Jeju-do, Jeju-si, without obtaining a driver’s license on February 11, 2019 to the dong name distance in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, Jeju-do.

2. On February 11, 2019, at the same time, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of measuring a drinking level) from the dong name line located in the Dong name Eup, Han-dong, Han-dong, Jeju-do, to the left-hand level, as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant was required to perform a drinking test by inserting the vehicle at the left-hand level while driving a B-do-do-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, which was sent after receiving a report of suspicion of drinking driving, and was under the influence of drinking from D, etc. on the ground that there are reasonable grounds to recognize the Defendant as driving under the influence of drinking, such as drinking, drinking, and checking the alcohol by driving the vehicle with the above police officer on February 11, 2019 and moving the vehicle to C-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong.
