A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, like the co-owned house in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) apartment, jointly leased and resided in several co-owned apartment units consisting of living room and several rooms, and each lessee uses each room as a section for exclusive use, and the living room and toilet as common use.
While engaging in cleaning work, each room of the above co-owned housing was opened to the above room for the purpose of cleaning the room or introducing the room, so that the victims' things were stolen.
1. On July 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a room managed by the victim C for the purpose of theft of goods in the above public house D; (b) opened a room in which the victim C was the victim’s possession; (c) opened the room; and (d) opened a store store with the total market value of KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, in the market value; and (d) opened a bank prepared in advance for the victim’s possession of the goods; (d) 1 and 30,000,000,000,000 won, in the market value; and (e) 1 and 60,000,000,000,00 won.
Accordingly, the defendant intruded into the room managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
2. Around 12:00 on July 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) carried the above C-owner’s goods from the room managed by C as described in paragraph (1) of Paragraph (1) in the above co-owned house D; (b) opened a room managed by the victim E for the purpose of theft of the goods; (c) opened a door to the room to be managed by the victim E; and (d) opened the door to the inside; and (d) filled up one of the cash 50,000 won in cash and the market price of 250,000 won in advance, which are the ownership of the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant intruded into the room managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
3. The Defendant committing a crime against Victim F shall be around 13:00 on July 31, 2019.
